Selected and managed an external creative agency to develop integrated broadcast and digital video campaigns, leading concept development, scriptwriting, and brand direction while partnering on talent selection, filming, and post-production. Provided creative oversight throughout execution to ensure consistency across channels and alignment with brand strategy.
Collaborated with the production company to extend campaign assets into multiple formats, including :30 broadcast commercials, :15 YouTube advertising spots, and :05 end-card/value placements optimized for both digital and broadcast environments.
